My name was Kathy Frizzell, was adopted, to a wonderful
family, and now my legal name is: Chantel Inch. It is
because of my deepest sincerity that I express my

appreciation for the sustained support you have given
throughout the years. Having survived the trauma of a
double stroke, I deeply value each passing day, and I
attempt to build a lasting legacy for myself. The support
that my sister-in-law provides to me is something that I
truly appreciate. A heartfelt message, composed

footprints and two beautiful children; Alyssa and Ian.
